Learn to master this classic French dish with Chef Stephanie Teekaram!
Mastering the art of the quiche is an essential part of learning how to cook. This classic French dish is your ultimate tool in versatility- you can add whatever ingredients you have on hand, you can eat it any time of day (who doesn't love brunch for dinner?), and you can pull it all together in no time! In this class, Chef Stephanie Teekaram will teach you how to create a Spring Vegetable Quiche and a Pear Salad with Honey Ginger dressing. In true breakfast in the evening fashion, mimosas are encouraged!
Tickets for the program are $20 per household and can be purchased via Eventbrite. Participants will receive a grocery and equipment list a week prior, for those who would like to cook along. All proceeds from ticket sales go towards supporting the Culinary Literacy's Center programs for youth, neighborhood engagement, and English language learning.
